For all clients in the Continental USA, Canada and parts of Mexico, Paragon Print Systems, Inc. offers free on-site service as an upgrade to the manufacturers warranty for the first 6 months after purchase.
This service is available for most manufacturers' models of midrange and industrial barcode printers.
CONTACT US for a list of printers this service is available.
During the 6 month warranty period we will schedule a preventative maintenance call, where we will clean the printer,
check the printer settings to give you the best print quality to increase print head life.
We will also provide basic maintenance training for your employees.

Most companies sell this service for over $500 per year. No one offers on-site maintenance at no charge!
Our technicians are certified by the OEM manufacturers and we use OEM parts only.
We provide all this, and at the industries lowest prices.
Onsite Service includes:

response 24 to 48 hours.
All parts (excluding printheads)

If you would like to extend the on-site warranty to 1 year, we offer the following service
1 year upgrade on-site $145.00 with same service as 6 month
