Service Options
Available for 1, 2 and 3 Year Service Programs. Printers
must be in working condition prior to the service plan.
We will accept printers under service plan "sight
unseen". The customer will be responsible for the cost
of the parts needed to repair the equipment within the
first 30 days of the agreement unless under previous
service plan or coming off of manufacturer warranty.
Onsite Service Plans include:
Unlimited repairs, travel time and all labor
All parts (excluding printheads)
Onsite response with parts "in-hand"
Two FREE preventive maintenance checks
Only new, OEM parts used in repairs
Free telephone technical support
Options such as external rewind, external Ethernet,
cutter, stacker, coax/twinax, Print Server, etc. can be
covered for an additional fee.
Service Plans include:
Unlimited repairs and all labor (except as detailed below)
2-day turn around time from receipt of unit
Standard freight charges (UPS Ground) to return repaired equipment
Only new, OEM parts used in repairs
Service plans do not cover cable assemblies, external
power supplies, wall chargers, batteries, diskettes,
customer abuse or misuse (internal and/or external),
neglect or damage caused by external forces (fire,
water, etc.
Convert the manufacturers' warranty into a Barcode
Factory Depot w/ Loaner Warranty Upgrade, to ensure that
not only will you have minimal downtime, but will also
receive a loaner printer during repair. Depot with
Loaner Service Plans include same as our standard depot
annual contracts plus a Loaner printer shipped to for
use during repair of the printer
Time-and-material repairs are performed by sending
damaged equipment to Paragon Print Systems, Inc. for a
free repair estimate, (contact us for a Return
Authorization, (RMA), number). Upon approval of estimate, Paragon will complete the
repair. Available for both depot and onsite service levels.Flat rate repairs are also performed on
scanners/PDT's, POS printers/terminals, main boards and
power supplies. Paragon will provide fixed-rate price
based upon possible diagnosis. Available for depot level
service.
