Duratherm III Direct and IR Direct Thermal Paper Labels. The Direct label is a top-coated direct thermal paper that provides enhanced durability for application where humidity and surface abrasion are a concern, and employs a permanent adhesive. The IR Direct label is a top-coated direct thermal paper that provides sharp text and barcode printing, which can be scanned with either visible or infrared scanning devices. This product is recommended for use in direct thermal applications where contamination may interfere with barcode scanning. Both products do not require a ribbon.
