Purchase Requirements
- • Hot Swap: Must be purchased at time of printer sale
- • Extended Warranty: One year from date of purchase
- • Extended Warranty Years Two and Three: One Year from date of purchase
- • Onsite Service Contract: Can be purchased anytime, but is restricted to specific areas. Please confirm service is available in customer's zip code.
Hot Swap
Available only under first year of factory warranty. If printer issues can not be resolved with technical support, a replacement printer is sent to the customer. The replacement printer may be new, or used at Afinia's discretion. Overnight shipping is included, except for L801 and L901 which must ship on a pallet via express freight.
Extended Warranty Year Two
Extends factory return-to-depot warranty from standard one year coverage to two full years from purchase date. Covers parts and labor, but not shipping or consumables.
Extended Warranty Year Two and Three
Extends factory return-to-depot warranty from standard one year coverage to three full years from purchase date. Covers parts and labor, but not shipping or consumables.
Onsite Service Year One
Onsite repair and maintenance provided by TST. If printer issues can not be resolved by Afinia Support, a technician will come on site. Service is initiated by Afinia Technical Support. Service is limited to certain zip codes. Please confirm this is available in the customer's area. Covers labor and parts, out of warranty.
