Integrated intelligence for loss prevention

An integrated UHF RFID antenna enables hybrid barcode and RFID reading in a single scan, supporting accurate inventory tracking and end-to-end traceability across stock control, checkout, and returns—without added hardware.

A built-in 1 MP color video camera supports checkout surveillance and item recognition when paired with external software, helping identify mis-scans and ticket switching in real time.

The Magellan 3700HSi delivers 25% higher throughput on 2D codes than the previous generation, combined with industry-leading 1D and 2D motion tolerance. Adaptive decoding ensures reliable reading of fast-moving items, mobile phone screens, and damaged labels.

On-glass color image capture enables easy and secure loyalty enrollment and document capture. With OCR support text data can be extracted from IDs, reducing manual input and improving accuracy. These scanners come ready with GS1 Digital Link to ensure future-proof support for next-generation 2D codes.
