Datalogic SC5100 is the new generation of System Controllers elevating the integration possibilities among high-end stationary Industrial Scanners to the next level of effectiveness, flexibility and ease of installation.

Datalogic SC5100 has been designed to include native integration throughout the Stationary Industrial Scanner Portfolio (DS/DX Laser readers, AV Imagers, DM Dimensioner) and openness to 3rd Party components (i.e. RFID, scale, IP camera). The result is full support of advanced System Solutions (DWS=Scan-Dim-Weight, BHS=Baggage Handling System, etc.) and open architecture for new application solutions.

Maintaining the compactness and robustness of previous generations, SC5100 now provides a 5 inch color display, augmented visibility of LED indicators and keypad to guarantee exceptional user experience and monitoring efficacy.

All networking connectors are M12 industrial grade making it possible to install the device directly beside conveyor/sorting machinery without encapsulating it in an additional enclosure.

The controller provides all the needed tools for a quick maintenance of the entire system thanks to the possibility to seamlessly reach each component, monitor performance and system health in real-time.

The SC5100 controller can be doubled (two controllers for each system) thus providing a fully redundant connection to a customer’s network and reduce downtime risk.
