Again Opticon succeeded in creating a mobile solution which fully responds to market trend for cost effective devices with superior ease of use. The comfortable lightweight H-32 (195 g incl. battery) runs on the Windows Embedded Compact 7 Operating System and is designed for every-day use in numerous applications, such as picking, price management, inventory, asset tracking, replenishment and parcel delivery.

The device, which comes with an integrated 1D barcode reader or 2D imager, features a 1.5 meter drop resistance, IP54 rating and operation temperature from -10° to 50° C. The combination of the very fast 800 MHz processor and 256 MB RAM memory will result in a great performance in each application. Moreover simplifying the data collection by using the 2.8 inch QVGA touch screen will provide even more ease of use.

The H-32 offers several communication possibilities such as Bluetooth V2.1 +EDR, Wi-Fi, IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n, USB and OTG. For charging and communication the 5-slots Ethernet multi-cradle (CRD-32-E5) can be bought separately.
