This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Paragon Print Systems, Inc., including through www.paragonprintsystems.com, www.barcodefactory.com, and related websites, forms, ordering tools, quote tools, account features, customer service interactions, marketing communications, and business operations.

Our websites, products, and services are primarily intended for business users, commercial customers, government entities, schools, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, distributors, and other organizations. We collect and use personal information primarily to support business-to-business sales, quoting, order processing, customer service, website operation, fraud prevention, compliance, and business operations.

Accessibility requests submitted through the form will be routed internally to accessibility@paragonprintsystems.com for consistent handling by designated personnel. Accessibility requests should not be submitted by phone.

Commercial emails from us will identify the sender, use accurate header information, avoid deceptive subject lines, include our physical mailing address, and provide a method to unsubscribe where required.
