U.S. Shipping Times

With our distribution centers strategically situated nationwide, Barcode Factory is well-positioned to cater to your needs. Orders placed after 2pm using non-expedited shipping options may ship next business day. Should you need to make special arrangements or require expedited service, don't hesitate to reach out to us at Barcode Factory.

Tracking Packages

We'll send tracking details to the email address you used during your order placement. If you haven't received your tracking info within 24 hours of placing your order, please get in touch with us.


We offer shipping services through UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. You have the option to choose UPS or Fed Ex using our competitive rates or utilize your own account number. If you opt to use your own carrier's account number, please note there's an additional processing fee of $10.00 to cover our handling costs.

For truck common carriers we bid rates to multiple carriers to provide you with the lowest rate. We can also utilize your carrier for pick-up.


When it comes to FPO and APO addresses, we ship insured delivery through USPS. Please contact us for rates and shipping estimates.

PO Boxes

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, due to UPS and Federal Express restrictions.

International Shipping

Barcode Factory regularly ships to customers all over the world.

Shipping to Residential Addresses and Non-Business Related Addresses:

We require a proof of delivery to non-commercial or residential addresses. All residential addresses will ship "Signature Required." If you sign a signature release for your address allowing drivers to leave packages unattended, or elect to allow a carrier to deliver by signing the carrier's permission to deliver document, Paragon Print Systems, Inc. is not liable for damaged or lost goods. We require a signature to protect our clients from stolen goods, or goods that can be identified as damaged in shipping. We will ship only to addresses specifically related to your business. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to motels, hotels, rental offices, UPS Stores or any location or business where we can not verify the business relationship to the buyer.

Free Ground Shipping Policy and Exclusions

We offer free ground shipping for orders with a subtotal exceeding $975.00 of eligible products. Most printers, scanners, mobile computers and their accessories are eligible. Eligible products are marked with a . Orders with a subtotal of eligible products under $975.00 will be charged a low flat rate of $15 for shipping and handling on those items. Free shipping is not available on the following product lines: select manufacturers' hardware, blank labels, custom labels, pre-printed labels, printer ribbons, ink cartridges, receipt paper, RFID tags and labels, printheads and parts. The Free Ground Shipping Policy only applies to the Continental USA. For quotes outside the Continental USA or an expedited shipping quote inside or outside the Continental USA, including Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or truck, please contact us. We will provide a prompt quote within one business day.

Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address

Address verification is a security step we utilize to ensure your protection and deter fraudulent activities. Traditional identification methods like a driver’s license aren't feasible for phone and online purchases, unlike physical retail stores. Consequently, we validate your address through your credit/debit card provider to ascertain your identity and ensure the legitimacy of your purchase, thus safeguarding your credit.

Before we dispatch an order, both your billing and shipping addresses are validated. Barcode Factory will always verify the address prior to shipping to avoid potential fraudulent actions, or protect our clients in the event they added an incorrect address to their order. Orders with matching billing and shipping addresses or an alternate shipping address acknowledged by the card issuer will be processed the fastest.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays can be caused by factors out of our control. Delays can be caused by increased holiday traffic, weather related incidents or unexpected issues with the carrier or driver. We will make our best effort to deliver your product on time. If you have a specific time need, contact us. We will work with you to find the best carrier for your requirement.
