The TSC Extended Service Program includes all required labor and travel costs for repairs, and covered TSC Auto ID devices receive additional benefits at no extra charge, including:
- A service technician will arrive the next business day after a service call to most locations.
- On-site response with parts readily available.
- TSC Auto ID will cover parts.
- All TSC Auto ID genuine parts and labor.
- All travel cost for the repair is included.
- Available for Printronix printers also.

Simplify hardware maintenance with Return to Depot Service. Customers can ship or deliver their device to the nearest service center and receive a fully operational unit returned to their location. This service includes:
- Parts and labor.
- Repair of non-functioning equipment based on plan selected.
- Cleaning and adjustment.
- Complete preventative maintenance.
- Return shipping at no cost.
- Turnaround of up to 10 business days after date of receipt.
- Engineering updates are automatically applied.

Adding Return Parts to Depot service at the time of purchase helps protect your printer investment. This offering includes two coverage levels—Non-Comprehensive and Comprehensive Parts Warranty—so you can choose the option that best fits your needs.
