TSL’s popular 2128/2128P series has been upgraded with enhanced internal hardware and advanced security features. The new ‘Power Handle’ increases battery capacity, while more efficient hardware extends run times. A Hot Swap accessory ensures 24/7 operation. With the latest Impinj silicon, read rates reach up to 1200 tags per second. The reader supports de-duplication for up to 1 million transponders, preventing host overload. Multiple tag operations, including reading various tag areas and writing/locking tags, are now possible. Support for HID and sensor transponders (temperature, strain, humidity, acceleration) has been added, along with a demo app. The 3138 can read/write EPC Class 1 Gen 2 v2 (ISO18000-6C) tags and features high-performance 2D data scanning for superior data collection.
