Zebra LIMITmarker® Threshold Heat Indicators
Enable customers to gain visibility into the temperature exposure of products—medications, vaccines and others—with a simple card or self-adhesive indicator. LIMITmarker irreversible visual temperature indicators can be applied directly to heat-sensitive products; available with delayed (2 hours), quick (15 minutes) or immediate (seconds) indication. When exposed to temperatures at or above the response temperature, the heat indicators change color within a specified response time to give a visual warning.

Zebra LIMITmarker® F Time Delay Heat Threshold Indicator
A single-use indicator that provides an easy-to-read, irreversible visual color change when there has been exposure to a temperature above the threshold limit for a short period of time. The technology is based on the precise melting of heat-fusible materials at specified temperatures. The easy-to-read color change from white to red/pink is a visual signal when there has been a heat excursion above the predetermined temperature profile. Many medical products can be damaged and lose strength when exposed to temperatures above a certain threshold. Such excursions can go unnoticed during shipping and storage. Monitor Temperature-Sensitive Products
LIMITmarker® Reversible 18°C Indicators
LIMITmarker Reversible 18°C indicators provide a visual cue when products that require refrigeration to maintain their efficacy reach room temperature. The indicator is solid blue when cold (at or below 8°C), then changes color and reveals "OK" when it approaches room temperature (18°C, plus or minus 2°).
The indicators are 16 mm x 10 mm self-adhesive labels, easily applied to the primary packaging of products, where they can be viewed and intuitively understood by users.
FREEZEmarker® Freeze Indicators
FREEZEmarker irreversible visual temperature indicators monitor exposure to freeze events. When exposed to a freeze event at or below the response temperature, the freeze indicators turn partially or completely white, obscuring the white checkmark, to warn that the temperature limit has been exceeded and the endpoint reached.
Many medical products can be damaged and lose strength if they are frozen. Such excursions can go unnoticed during shipping and storage.
