Enable feature-rich push-to-talk

Compatibility with Zebra’s Workcloud Sync enables push-to-talk calls over Wi-Fi and cellular networks. Workers can place 1-to-1 or group broadcast calls.

Call for help with the press of a button

One press of the duress button can connect to a host application to summon help for nurses in hallways and patient rooms in a hospital and associates in aisles and checkout lanes in a retail store. The button is perfectly placed, easy to access, but out of the way to eliminate accidental activation.

Silence calls with a press of the Do Not Disturb (DND) button

When voice calls aren’t convenient or appropriate, this toggle switch can be programmed to suppress and reactivate voice calling.

Two models meet the unique needs in healthcare and retail

The traditional black retail model (WS101) features a 3.5mm audio jack to support a wired headset, plus a USB-C port to support charging via a standard cable. The blue healthcare model (WS101-H) eliminates the audio jack and USB-C ports to enable the more thorough disinfecting required in healthcare.

Since the battery is removable, the WS101/WS101-H are never out of service for charging. If a battery runs low, users can simply swap in a fully charged battery. The battery provides full shift power — up to 10 hours of continuous speech on a single charge. With fast charging, fully charged batteries are always on hand. And multi-slot chargers and cradles are ideal for enterprise backroom battery management. Charge the batteries in a 6-slot or 30-slot battery charger. Or charge the devices in a 4-slot or 20-slot cradle, complete with guard rails on both sides of the cradles to ensure devices are properly docked and charging.
