These SE Cards are engineered to offer advanced key diversification, authentication, encryption, and portability for sophisticated applications, delivering unparalleled mobility, heightened security, and enhanced performance.
The next-generation access control platform by HID Global transcends traditional smart card models by providing a secure, standards-based, technology-independent, and adaptable identity data structure centered on Secure Identity Object (SIO), a new portable credential methodology developed by HID. These smart cards cater to a wide range of applications requiring top-tier security, such as access control, biometric identification, cashless vending, public transportation, ticketing, and customer loyalty programs.
Available in durable PVC and Composite PET/PVC constructions, the SE Card can accommodate an embeddable contact chip for logical access and biometric ID systems, ensuring robust functionality. These 13.56 MHz SE Cards, compatible with MIFARE DESFire EV1 read/write technology and HID Prox, can be seamlessly integrated into a single ISO standard thickness card, with custom programming options also supporting Indala formats.
