For years, the electronics industry has relied on Barcode Factory to provide thermal printing systems that meet all of their electronic component labeling needs. These labels often require a 600 dpi printer in order to clearly print small text, barcodes and numbers. We carry several models of industrial and desktop thermal printers that have precise print alignment for printing labels at 1/10 inches and larger.
Electronics and PC board labels demand the right material for your product's success. Barcode Factory provides labels that meet UL, CSA and EIA standards, as well as MIL STD 130 and RoHS compliance for lead-free solutions. For temperatures of up to 300°F, polyester labels provide an excellent print surface for small text. For high-temperature requirements, we offer Kapton and other polyamide labels. Polyamide labels are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals, perfect for surface mount, wave solder and electronic product identification. We offer multiple sizes, running from .17 - 3 inches.
Maintaining exact positioning on labels as small as 1/4 x 1/4 requires a printer with a precise alignment ability. High-resolution printers with 600 dpi printheads are available from our partners at TSC, Zebra, Honeywell and SATO.
