For temperatures of up to 300°F, polyester labels provide an excellent print surface for small text. For high-temperature requirements, we offer Kapton and other polyamide labels . Polyamide labels are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals, perfect for surface mount, wave solder and electronic product identification. We offer multiple sizes, running from .17 - 3 inches.
Maintaining exact positioning on labels as small as 1/4 x 1/4 requires a printer with a precise alignment ability. High-resolution printers with 600 dpi printheads are available from our partners at TSC, Zebra, Honeywell and SATO.
