Permanent Steri-ThermoTAG – Autoclave-Resistant Thermal-Transfer Labels

High-temperature-resistant permanent labels designed for identifying containers and surfaces subjected to autoclaving and dry heat sterilization. These labels can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +150°C (-76°F to +300°F) and endure up to 20 autoclave cycles at +121°C (+250°F) and 16.5 psi pressure. They are suitable for metal, plastic, and glass surfaces, and both the labels and printouts resist high temperatures, gamma irradiation (up to 50 KGy), and ethylene oxide sterilization. Perfect for labeling containers and surfaces that require sterilization in autoclaves, dry-heat sterilizers, and gamma irradiators. Waterproof, weatherproof, and thermal-transfer printable.

Features:

  • The versatile labels can permanently adhere to a variety of surfaces such as metal, plastic, and glass
  • Can resist high temperatures, ideal for multiple steam autoclave sterilization cycles, gamma irradiation (up to 50 KGy), and Ethylene oxide sterilization
  • Printable with all major thermal-transfer printer brands
